Please, if you are a lurker or a poster, say a quick "hi" so i know if this tribe is still alive. Or if anyone knows of another good peer support tribe for bipolars let me know. I'm feeling myself sink into a depressed phase and i'm trying to rally up all the support i can get. I'm not going to just sit back and do nothing-- i'm pulling out all of my tricks to cope with it this time.
