Hi all, especially Moonshine...
In the "Where are your nodes?" Post Moonshine brought up that I am going through a reverse nodal return. Would someone please expand on that? I would guess it to mean that T.N.Node is on Natal South, and T.S.node is on my Natal North. What would be the effects of that? Thanks in advance!

    Moonshine lol!

Yes, it's the South Node on the North Node, etc.

Nodal returns, reversed returns and nodes square nodes are very potent and reflect turning points, crossroads or simply important developments in your life. It's the whole period around it, not exactly the moment of the return. Since the nodes relate to the nodes of the moon, there can be a high emotional charge. Reversed returns and nodal squares are subcycles of a nodal return cycle.

Uranus is squaring your Asc/Dc, opposing your Venus/Saturn and you're having a reversed nodal return, which is exact right now. The Moon just passed over your South Node and there is a transiting conjunction of Venus and Saturn in Leo. Is anything happening other than what you've already mentioned between you and your dad?

The more people that are in your life, the busier you are, the more that can happen when the nodes are activated.

As for me, I have the nodal square right now, and all kinds of intense and dramatic things are happening between me with the people that I have nodal synastry with, my boyfriend, my ex-husband, my ex-boyfriend, a dear friend. My path keeps crossing with these people over time forming tighter bonds.

With the square there's a flip-flop effect, not a concentration on just one node. By flip-flop I mean too that your feelings about an event or a person can also flip-flop from the reverse nodal return to the nodal square. With an opposition feelings can run the gamut of the polarity. There can be indecision, a push/pull, wanting to say "yes" one moment and then "no" the next. This calls for give and take or even negotiation.

Hi Moonstone...sorry, got mixed up! ..And no, i've not been drinking..lol
      Thanks for your interpretation.

My parents and I are just now getting the opportunity to move out from my grandparents and their house which has become ...not livable. We're moving downtown, into a couple apartments. Mom got a job, and Dad has arranged a job for both him and I with a guy who he helped when we first got down here. This will be my first job, and i'm a bit anxious/nervous and not liking that I won't be able to go to Barnes'N'noble every afternoon...lol. but this is a good thing, really, gets us out, and gets me redeveloping.... Anyway, that's the development.

The more people that are in your life, the busier you are, the more that can happen when the nodes are activated.
I have been busy in my head and in driving around shopping, looking around. The job and moving will get my redeveloping socially, as I think I have majorly regressed to childhood, only with more attitude/confidence.

      So thanks again!

In terms of events, the (reversed) nodal return is also an interesting (and important) time for reflection. For example, D-day invasion of Normandy (June 1944) is such an event now in most of the 2nd half of 2009.

(I'll erase this reply as soon as the reversed return is over. )
