Also South Node in Virgo(12th house) . Thinking about this placement makes my head spin sometimes. Just wondering if this placement packs an extra wollop of Karma due to the ruler of the 12th house opposing the 12th house? Any ideas would be great!
Thanks,

  • Does this mean you have Mercury in Pisces in the 6h House?

"Karma" means ACTION. With every ACTION your perform, there is a consequence. That's all that "Karma" means.

We can't always predict the consequence....but usually, we can.

I would say you have some good karma there, because you can use your Intuition (Mercury in Pisces) in your job (6th house) and also in maintaining your Health (6th house).
    • My mercury is in Cancer(10th house in my chart). My north node is in Pisces(6thhouse in my chart) and S. Node in Virgo (12th house in my chart). A bit of a noodle scratcher for me as Pisces which is the home of the 12 house and being the last sign of the zodiac is in my chart in the opposing sign of Virgo; which also happens to be my 12th house. Some say that the 12 house placement in a chart has to do with karma?

If you have planets in your 12th I would assume it would rather conflictual (or tearing apart) to have a north node opposing them... An emphasis on the 12th house would draw you there to reflect if not upon the past, then upon the underlying of the present. And then on the other hand, you would be attracted in the opposite direction by a north node in the 6th...towards the 'mundane' application.
In this case, Pisces 6th house would serve as a bridge or mediator for this conflict- I would imagine. So this apparently peculiar reversion would work in your favor.
And on top of that, Pisces and Virgo seem to be quite similar with their 'service' emphasis.

Maggie defined karma quite straightforward above. In practical terms, it's about something that has to be done right, an action that should be performed properly, something that the soul has to accomplish (with some urgency or at least priority). The 12th house and the moon nodes indicate what that is (along with retrograde planets).

I'm wondering how do you perceive these placements in your life? What are you driven to do?
      • Oh, ok....I thought you said "he ruler of the 12th house opposing the 12th house?" If Virgo is your 12th House cusp, Mercury is the ruler of it.

When you have opposing placements (like you said, Pisces in the 6th and Virgo in the 12th), my feeling is that this is a REFINEMENT of a previous lesson. That is, you have learned these lessons in previous lives, and now you are simply REFINING what you learned before....
