What are your experiences with having NN 12th and how do they relate to the interpetations below?
North Node in the Twelfth House
You begin to admit to yourself that you don't really have control, not on the most basic level. Does that mean you're doomed, that there is now only entropic disintegration? Or is there something else, is there a will or intelligence that transcends your conscious mind? If you're psychologically oriented, you might call it the unconscious. The religious call it God or Spirit. Whatever this controlling force is, it's not concrete and tangible. Turning control over to it is an act of faith - "Thy Will Be Done". In 60s-speak, you're learning to go with the flow. You're allowing the formerly rigid structures of your mind to dissolve, replaced by deep, intuitive wisdom and gentle compassion.
South Node in the Sixth House
You are a heckuva problem-solver! If anything goes wrong, you just apply a little logic and figure out the cause. The solution may require some work, but that never hurt anybody. Except that you're feeling tired, very tired. Hey, pull it together - what are you, a wuss? Ugh, there goes that incredibly strong, self-critical voice again; it never lets up. And yet, what are you supposed to do - give up? Everything would fall apart. Your deepest fear is that if you let go of control, you'll go crazy. And yet your body is breaking down, despite all the time and energy you devote to diet and exercise. You worry about that, in fact you worry about everything, and you have a sneaking suspicion that that just makes it worse.

Re: NORTH NODE 12th HOUSE
Mon, July 9, 2012 - 3:26 PMI have NN 12th in Scorpio. Over the years, I've been challenged by many relationships in which I felt a need to control "the other person" or "situation". One of my greatest lessons was an alcholic partner who tested my ability to "let go" to the fullest. Over time I've learned the importance of controlling my own actions and letting others take responsibility for themself and control their actions. And I'm still learning, it's hard to watch others, be there for others, but allow them to make their own decisions. I don't know why this is hard for me, but it is. I do find that the more I release the less anxious I am and the more relaxed and at one with myself and the universe I feel. I also see how what bothers me "most" about others, is what I need to focus on for myself.
I am also drawn to solitude, and have over the years learned to be at peace with my need for it. I am also learning not to worry so much about the little things, as the universe has a way of working everything out.
And finally, I am continually challenged. In my career I work with populations described by the 12th house.
What are your experiences? -

north node in signs and houses.
I personally haven't got it here but 12th tends to dissolve energies placed here. Have you found your Life Lessons connected to spiritual matters? -

Fri, July 20, 2012 - 11:32 AMNo, not really. Except "letting go" feels very spiritual to me because I am always remembering that I can rely on the Universe to meets my needs.
