Looking for 1200-1500 sqFt Art/Studio space

Hello all...I am looking for an art/studio space to be used for 1 month. Can be anywhere in LA but Westide or Downtown would be best. Please let me know if you have any leads for me...We are doing a few short films for Lexus and need the space for just 1 month.
