Hey Moria! Makeup Q!

...question, that is :) When I see pics of you after/before performances, I'm drawn to your lips......not "like that" but, because they're 2 toned!! What lip liners and lipsticks do you use...brand and technique. On the tribal fusion dvd you had what looked like chocolate-ish liner with gold....no? Please teach me :)

    I use a purple eyeliner as lipliner only on the corners of my mouth. Since it's dark it "receeds" on the visual plane. Then I use a medium colored lipstick called FLUID by MAC all over, then I dab a highlight eyeshadow with my middle finger on the plumpest portion of my bottom and top lip. Over top of all of that center portion I apply GOLDDRIFT face glitter by MAC. This gives the 3-D effect you noticed. Since the corners of my mouth are dark, the overall section is medium and the middle is light, the light pulls forward and creates depth. If it looks to "sectioned" I will use a lip brush to smooth out the lines still keeping the different portions different colors. Does that help?

      Although I did it before I read your post (I'm completely aweful about logging into this place), I used a plum lip pencil to outline my entire mouth, concentrating on the corners. Then I added a light, opalescent pink lipstick all over and used a lip brush to fade the lip liner toward the center so it didn't look sectioned. Then I added a dab of white, opalescent eyeshadow in the center (somewhat like MACs Vellum) and finished of with clear gloss. I used all MAKEUP FOREVER. I hope this pic link works....tell me what you think! This pic was taken after my performance so....I'm sure I had eaten most of it but, you get the idea :) I'm the girly on the bottom.
