Moria - I left a review on the BDSS tribe... I really like the DVD. The conditioning/layering is awesome and definitely good practice.
Although I did want to ask a question. I have a tough time sitting upright in the straddlesit position. I'm not sure if it's my tight hamstrings or my back issues (my sacrum tilts up more than usual with larger curves in my lumbar and thoracic vertebrae) but it's just really tough. Are there any recommendations you might have to work on that?

I was disappointed I couldn't swing going to Augusta in a few weekends but I'll be working w/my DVD while you guys have all the fun!!!!!!!!

Though I did enjoy watching it admiring the competence, skill, and physical prowess of the instructional artists. One in particular!

Tue, October 28, 2008 - 4:47 AMYay, I'm so glad you all like it! If you're having trouble sitting in the straddle position, lay with your bum up against a wall and back on the floor. Extend your legs straight up the wall and then allow them to fall all the way open to the side. Read a book, talk on the phone, watch a movie, whatever and just let gravity pull your legs open. It's best to do after a warm bath and maybe a glass of wine :) If the stretch it too intense, puff pillows up next to your outer thighs to provide some resistance. Lemme know how it works for you. I love it. -

I've found that just persisting with the conditioning, especially working the flat back in the straddle-squat conditioning sequence is also helping me stay upright better. Your instructional is definitely helping out my dancing. :)

Sun, December 14, 2008 - 4:54 PMYes--it was a shipping issue and yes I emailed them through contact us. If you have not heard from them yet perhaps it is because of the weekend. The lady that helped me went out of her way to fix the shipping issue and although I had to wait a few extra days I did indeed get the DVD. I'm sure it will work itself out then hold on to your melodia's cuz it's awesome! haha -
