WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION: TRIBAL BELLYDANCE BOOTCAMP: FUNDAMENTALS 2-DAY INTENSIVE

In Moria’s most popular workshop, Tribal Bellydance Bootcamp 2-Day Intensive, you will learn the drills and exercises necessary for intense muscular-isolation, four different-shaped shimmies, and the conditioning necessary to develop your glutes for crisp hip-work. Hip, head, belly, chest and shoulder isolations will be drilled as well as fluid transitions from move-to-move and traveling with isolation. Fundamental spinning techniques will also be covered such as spot turns, paddle turns and sutinues. Combos, posture, fluid arms and creative poses will be highlighted as the workshop culminates in a tribal-fusion choreography.

As a dancer, you will learn the tribal techniques of stretching, toning, and drilling to gain muscular control that places you in command of your body, as well as variations on classical tribal combinations.
All levels are welcome.

When I did a workshop with Moria back in June she was wear a cropped black tube top that stopped at the bottom of the bust line. Does anyone know where to get these as I think its what Im looking for instead of having to sew a modesty panel (non sewer here) to my latest costume

August 31 to September 6th, 2009 in Nîmes

The master classes are dedicated to pro dancers who want to improve their dance and style. Only 12 students will attend the class. 6h of dance class per day during 4 days, 2 performances in front of Masters Mardi, Moria and Marco Cattoï (Contemporary professional dancer, Director of the Mondapart Company and Mondapart dancing school), 1 private interview with the Masters to give you advice and thoughts.

Program :
Monday to Thursday : dancing workshops (technic, choreo, personnal work & research)
Thursday evening : studio show (public entrance)
Friday : personnal interviews
Friday night : if you wish to perform once more to incorporate the Masters advice, you will be kindly welcome to do so and to share the stage with Masters.

Saturday and Sunday are intensive workshop opened to everybody.

Light bulb moment watching TFF DVD

I just got this DVD and haven't had enough time to watch the whole thing - especially the dance portions, yet. But I did watch the costuming section and loved it. Moria shared that she always has a Buddha or Ganesh somewhere on her costume for good luck and I tought, "Wow! Why haven't I ever thought of that before?!"

I am working on my confidence and fear of performing solo and the idea of adding good luck elements to my costume is very appealing to me. Already I am finding little charms and certain types of stone beads that have personal signifigance to add to my costuming and to help me feel more comfortable and confident. I think it might help with the stagefright (I'll let you know when I finally get out there).

Thanks for the great idea, Moria!

Do you have any workshops/shows scheduled after March 2009? Or upcomingn projects in the works? (oh so curious)

I just discovered www.mobelly.com and it looks like you offer quite an array of interesting workshops.
Do they build upon one another, is it mix and match depending on the host of the event, or can you supply the whole package in one sha-bang? Just curious how that works, cuz they all seem very appealing.

Question about your section in the new DVD

Hope all's well with you!
I gotta tell ya that your section in the new Tribal F. fundamentals DVD is really awesome it has helped me a lot I use it for my routine/practice all the time, but I am having trouble doing the butt contractions on the floor.. I just can't seem to get them buns moving the way yours do!! haha, they just move a bit from the bottom part of the muscle not the whole thing almost to the low back like you..the funny thing is mine are pretty big haha.. but they refuse to move.. so would you please suggest me to do something so that I achieve that level of movement in my glute muscles and can really work on that exercise??

Credit where credit is due

What is the proper way to credit a choreo you have learned in a workshop? If you do the routine as taught it makes total sense to say "Choreographed by ...." What do you do if you have made changes? Either for stylistic differences or perhaps just an inablitity to make it look as good as your teacher!
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Miles' Castle

Here's a journal entry I wrote for the BDS site reviewing my experience at the castle in November...enjoy!

Chateau Marouat...We're Getting Paid For This?

It's about a month (two weeks?) into tour and I've just left the group for a two days to teach a weekend workshop in Berne, Switzerland. Today I take a two hour car ride, two hour plane ride, one hour bus ride, and one hour train ride to meet my final bookend one hour car ride all taking me to the infamous Copeland Castle...mwahaha ha haaa. I'm hoping for skeletons in the corners, ghosts in the towers, and goblins in the dungeon. What I actually arrive to is a vast banquet hall filled with royal things: coat of arms, medieval tiles, standards, and paintings; a wooden A-line roof painted midnight blue, roaring fire in a hearth I could stand up in, and a vast table covered with delicious foods, candles and wines. The atmosphere is warm, huge and at the same time cozy. Wonda, the castle cat, climbs confidently into my lap and begins purring. "Don't feel flattered. That cat loves everybody" quips Miles as he walks by with a half smile seemingly hidden on his usual "don't-talk-to-me-I'm-very-busy" demeanor. The steely faced business man is softer now, with rosy cheeks and relaxed gate, wearing a mischievous glint in his eye. After maybe 10 minutes of warmth, wine, and reconnecting with the girls, Miles bellows, "OK, everybody, time for the movie! Moria! What's the first scene?" Gulp. Shoulda known there was something behind that glint in his eye. When we were in England last week Miles decided it would be a great idea to film a movie while at the castle. Idle hands are the devils playground, though teaching 10 hours of workshops in 4 days before driving to Paris to teach another 3 hours and perform 5 shows in 2 days is hardly idle...but give me enough coffee and I'm excited about anything. So the plotting began. Sonia and Bozenka had already begun the basic premise of Miles as King, Bozenka as Queen, and Sonia as Director. Barbara and I began yelling out roles for people randomly and somehow a plot of adultery, deceit, and murder took shape. Since writing, memorizing scripts, and sticking to a sensical plot felt too cumbersome, we decided on situational character improv. So my job as "writer" took the tact of me standing on top of the dinner table yelling the situation to a room full of people drinking, laughing, and dressed in Miles' collection of royal capes and crowns. As soon as Sonia called "action" everyone got quiet and looked at me, panic in their eyes...what's my line again? After a few attempts at this, we all focused our energies and everyone's inner actress/comedian came out. Then my job became more of guiding a river as everyone became more and more engrossed in their roll. The wine flowed, the camera rolled, and we were all fighting back tears of mirth at the sheer insanity we were documenting on film. Finally the scenes came to some kind of logical conclusion and we went to bed, spent from the effort. In the morning, I saw the castle for the first time, and realized this is no make-believe, sorta-kinda castle; this is f#@king beautiful! It's a real castle with a perimeter wall, a moat, towers with slits carved through the stone for arrows to be fired, turrets and stained glass windows, winding stair cases and huge ceilinged rooms. And cold. Castles are cold. All stone, no central heating, dark ages, cold. But breathtaking. I taught my morning yoga class, attended Sam's Tribal Basics class, and taught a costuming and make-up class; then it was already time for dinner. These dinners are incredible. Maybe the best food I've ever eaten. Especially in the middle of tour when you're used to whatever someone has ordered in, sushi or Chinese food in England, and now these home cooked gourmet meals that you can taste the love and attention that's been baked in. We all savor it and as a result become giddy. Time for more filming. So the days flow on like this...teaching during the day, meet for meals, always looking forward to dinner and the after party filming where a group of about 6-8 of us stick out as the whack-pack: those unashamed of being immortalized as babbling idiots versus those with perhaps a more sober disposition content to watch the merriment but maybe out of shyness or wisdom choose not to be documented. Leaders of the whack-pack are crew and management: Barbara, Miles and Stevo. Since particularly Barbara and Stevo have nothing to do all day except apparently blow off energy by circumnavigating my class room at top speed on a golf cart, screaming at the top of their lungs "woooooooohoooooooo!", unabashed at what might be a distraction to the students, they are, as a consequence, full of energy and expectation when the camera rolls. It becomes a day that waits until the evenings entertainment and you are either actor, observer, or film production. Sonia is surprisingly good at cinematography and watching the dailies of how she focuses on the action and somehow leaves out the distracting stereo, luggage cart, and other non-period accoutrement is really an art. This movie might actually work. My roll develops as a sculptor whose job is to shape each scene, guiding some kind of logical sequence, primarily so that when Miles yells, "Moria! What's the next scene?" I have something for a response! When the entire endeavor ends with a denouement death scene, which is actually everyone laying on the floor laughing hysterically, Stevo whispers to Barbara, "we're getting paid for this" and dies in red faced merriment....and I call it a wrap. We have to pack for tomorrow's departure.
The next morning we are all depressed as the gorgeous weather that blessed our week long sojourn in the south of France breaks into a boring grey drizzle. Shocking to our artistic spirits is the rain and travel juxtaposed against the lavish dining hall with its warm reds and royal blues, the teaching halls composed of rich woods and vaulted ceiling, and the top of Kami's tower where you could stand watching orange and teal mingle in the sky as the sun sets each night. We are so sad to leave that we've forgotten to film a final scene. Something to make sense of the insanity. This takes a week of brain storming and then is finally realized just before our last show in Europe at a strange theater in Madrid that has enough of a royal ambiance in the foyer for Issam and Lauren to pull of a final love scene that wraps up the murder, the betrayal, and the hilarity quite nicely. I feel a sense of closure to the project that is quite fulfilling. Now on to Germany for me and New York for everyone else. Until the story continues...

In Europe

Helloww all, I'm on tour in Europe right now and the internet is crazy expensive! So sorry to not get back to everyone's emails in a timely waaaay. The weather here is incredible. The leaves are golden, red, orange and deliciously crisp. Our shows in London were fantastic, 4 days in a row with chances to explore museums by day and wine bars by night. I saw a really wonderful side of London and now I'm excited to go back for Tribal London. Our week-long retreat to Miles' castle in France is coming up...I'm very excited. I'll let you all know what it's like and take lots of pics....I kinda hope it's haunted.

Hello dear dancers,

My dream to come to SF and learn from the best tribal teachers in the very cradle of that style is almost fulfill.
I get visa to US and I’ve just bought a ticket. I will come 19 of November and stay for 4 weeks. I’m going to get classes from Ariellah, Suhaila and Carolena.

I have only one problem, I can’t find a place to stay.
I was looking for on various “find-your-roomate” and “coachsurfers” websites, but without any result.

So maybe you have or know anybody who have a room or even couch for rent in San Francisco or Oakland. I’m able to pay about 400 – 500$ for month.

If you have any info please contact me here.

I’m quiet, non smoking person who just love to dance.

Tribal LA 2008 (Backstage!)

I just got back from LA where I spent a week with my sister backstage with the Bellydance Superstars. It was totally Moulin Rouge. Mad costuming, choreographing unrehearsed performances in the van on the way to the show, gay men clutching tribal bangles running to change costumes between auditions, DVD filming, and of course, lots and lots of bellydance. Wow. I don't know how Moria does it. Nonstop. All over the world. Teaching. Performing. Flying. Teaching. Performing. Flying. She feeds on Starbucks espresso and steak. And some other source of energy not derived from the physical plane. Some sort of etheric nuclear energy, I think. Unbelievable.

I heard an Ethel Merman song this summer, "She's Shimmyin on the Beach Again" and decided it would make a wonderful music video for her to dance to. So, I storyboarded it, flew to LA, her producer found us a beach and we shot it. I need to edit it, but I think it went the way I designed. I'll put it on youtube as soon as I'm done. (No later than 2013 fer sure!)

That's about all I know except she gave me her cold (that somehow she performed through!), so I'm laid up with the sniffles, wracking coughs, popcorn, and my stack of her bellydance DVDs. Oh! And three hours of backstage footage!! Whoo-who! Lucky me!!

Tunisian Workshop Notes

HALLA:
Variation #1 in progressing layers:
1.Standing on the R foot sweep the L up and over then down to step L, R in place; then sweep L leg up and over, L foot comes down step R, L in place.
2. Can add hip twists back front back on standing leg when opposite leg is in the air.
Same arm out in front as active leg, other arm straight above head. Hold arms in place while stepping and twisting in place, then swing front arm around back and up when switching the airborn leg.
3. Can add an undulation on the step in place.
4. Can add front back front twist on stepping leg after undulation.

Variation #2
1. Basic Arabic 4 footwork, changing direction on the rock forward step. Step forward, rock back to center, turn the body to step side, rock back to center, turn the body away from the audience to step back, rock back to center, turn the body to turn side, rock back to center, finally ending facing audience again.
2. Can twist hip forward lock out on first step.
3. Can add hip curve making the move similar to an Arabic 3, but keeping the feet moving forward, in place, backward, in place, change direction.

Variation #3
1. R foot always forward. R hip circle up and over step R, step L directly behind R. Move progresses in little steppies: hip up over step R step L—quicker and quicker.
2. Can add little twist wiggle. R hip twists back when step L.

HATHWA
Variation #1
1. Front foot step and stop lock with pelvis thrust forward, back foot step front foot step. Switch feet: back foot comes around step and stop with pelvis thrust forward. (front, back, front, switch)
2. Can add belly roll on back foot step, front foot step

Variation #2
1. Step/stop lock forward, swing front foot/leg back as step on back foot—front becomes back foot—step back front back. Repeat.
2. Can add bellyroll
3. Can hip twist back, front, back
4. Can turn when lift leg 1st, rotate on 1st back leg, then stop turn when front leg has become back leg

Variation #3
1. Arabic 4 feet with sharp twist on forward step. Promenade in 8 pointed circle. Windshield wiper arms side to side to side.
2. Can take arms up and over side, up and over side.

SHADIA
Variation #1
1. Large external hip circle over Arabic 4 feet. As step forward large hip slide beginning circle to the R.
2. Can add counter torso rotation
3. Arabic 4 feet—facing side front leg steps up and over rock step and on back hip opens back and open arms—when step forward cab push –back, front, back—
4. Can add hip twist when push off front foot and when push off back foot
5. AWKWARD TURN: Can turn by stepping R foot front opening body to the L, step back on L facing back step R foot back turn over L shoulder to step L front and begin R again forward

FES AMIE
Variation #1
1. L foot is forward, R foot is behind, hips twist the whole time, flick front foot up (with a little sit: sit L hip back when flip L foot forward and up)
2. Can switch feet by picking up the front foot and placing it directly behind back foot transitioning on a hip sit heel flick.
3. Emphasis on front hip twist forward.
4. Emphasis on front hip twist back.
5. Can twist hip forward and flip back foot up.
Tunisian Shimmy:
1. one foot in front of other pelvic lock down as step front, as step back ¾ downs.
2. Can then circle front leg hip forward up and back with steps and shimmies instead of pelvic locks.

How you get me through....

Sometimes this job is difficult. When your flight has been canceled, every one of the 4 connecting flights is late and what was going to be a 10 hour travel day has turned into a 28 hour travel day with bags lost, no sleep, and a workshop in the morning, things can feel kinda sad. On top of this creating new work and choreographing from a plane seat can feel uninspiring. Yesterday I was in that plight and felt very down. I had writer's block for the 2 new pieces I'm writing for filming at Tribal LA and just couldn't find the voice that wanted to sing these choreographies. I wrote to my mother these forlorn feelings, and she forwarded me the sweet and encouraging things that you all have written on youtube and tribe....like a potion, it lifted my spirits and made me want to write again. So thank you so much for voicing your love. Yesterday your beautiful thoughts broke down my inner critic and that really got me through a tough spot.

So, if you are interested in performing, you MUST register by Sunday for at least one class and indicate when asked that you want to perform.

Also, as a reminder, if you are not performing and you did not register for an early bird weekend pass, and you want to see the amazing show on Saturday, you need to contact Le Chat Noir to reserve your ticket. Seating is assigned and highly limited. Only performers will be allowed backstage. So, if you have a SO, relative, buddy, personal hair and makeup artist (hey we can dream right?) that you travel with to performances, make sure they get a seat! :D

Slow Section:
-2 toxim hips (or figure 8s down to up) starting on the right; arms flow down to chest level
-2 toxim hips while walking back towards audience; arms flow down to hip level
-L shoulder rolls open to move the body to profile; belly roll from up to down
-arms above head for a very deep body roll from up to down
-“putting glove on” to deep back bend
-L shoulder rolls to sit the body down from lay back and 2 ommies (or internal hip circles) take you to the ground
-pivot to sitting plea face forward with head circle, chest circle, ommy (corkscrew)

I just wanted to take a moment to say "thank you" for sharing your talent, insight, grace, your patience and so much more with not only myself but all of us yesterday at the Confidance Workshop.

You were an immeasurable wealth of information - and in many cases for myself gave me great insight into tribal technique (being that I am an Egyptian Dancer), not to mention a fast and possibly invaluable lesson on muscle breakdown, which reset assured will not be forgotten. (OMG I hurt in places I didn't know we used yesterday!!) Infact I am sure more focus will be applied to such areas.

Truly Moria, you were so warm and inviting from the moment that I walked into the room you made me feel welcome, despite my fear of "Will I actually be able to make through this workshop", though I knew that I would be challenged, cursing my own self for what I was not getting, I did know that I would love every minute of being at the workshop for it was a comfortable place of sisterhood.

You were fast paced and challenging, yet took time to give individual attention - showing truly that you were aware of all those sponges trying absorb all you were wringing out. Something that doesn't always happen in a workshop, but truly a personal touch that makes people, like myself ,feel that much more confident. [that is of course unless you are having to do that every few moves, then one must wonder "should I really be doing this" lol :)]

Your genuine care of your fellow sisters of dance is wonderful, for I would imagine in your it could be hard to not always maintain such cheerfulness and energy. Which despite your long day of travel to get to the show on Saturday (which I wish I had seen - dang 10 year anniversary), then performing and then really wanting to get "just a few more minutes out of the alarm" your warmth, caring, motivational energy came through nothing short of purely genuine, again something that you don't always see these days. You are a rarity and that is fabulous.

Moria, I hope in time that I will again be blessed to take one of your workshops, and this time not have to pause through parts, or get so self flustered - for by then I do hope to have had some tribal training under my belt.

I hope that you enjoyed your stay while in BC - though I imagine you didn't get to see all that much of it if you flew back out that night or the next day, but hopefully the time you were here you enjoyed enough to say "Must return to Vancouver for a visit" - Guarantee there would be many willing to show you the sites!

When: Sunday July 6th
Time: 10 am - 3 pm (1 hr lunch break)
Where: CONFIDANCE 107 - 1320 Kingsway Ave, Port Coquitlam BC (20 minutes east from Vancouver)

Intended to build from Moria's Fundamentals Workshop, this workshop puts together the various drills and traveling patterns previously learned to build control and stamina in layering.
Drills teach how to maintain deliciously crisp isolations while layering 2,3, or 4 different components of fundamental moves.
Prior isolation training is helpful but all levels are welcome. Some of the more advanced components of this workshop include using turns, traveling, and layering movements to culminate in new advanced combinations that we will work together into an tribal fusion choreography.
Hour 1: Lower Body Emphasis--sharp and staccato articulation emphasizing movement and rhythm. We will drill twists and pelvic locks working to develop the muscles in the lower abs and pelvic area to create crisp, strong hip articulation. Movement across the floor and around the room and drills to increase flexibility and range of motion in the hip while maintaining strong posture and arms.
Hour 2: Upper Body Emphasis--round and smooth articulation emphasizing shapes and fluidity with upper body extension and articulation. Drills to sharpen and intensify chest ticks and locks while maintaining perfect arm and shoulder placement. Arms, undulations and laybacks will also be drilled as well as creating unusual shapes with the body.
Hour 3: Floorwork and flexibility will be taught and woven into the previous components of hip articulation and upper body strength.
Hour 4: Exquisitely slow and intense combinations culminate in a serpentine slow choreography incorporating level changes, floor patterns, and deep movement.
Comfortable, stretchy clothes, water, a yoga mat, and a notebook are suggested but not required. Knee pads are highly suggested.

SEEKING ADVICE: audition music selection

Hi there!!! I am getting ready for the upcoming audition in DC, and I have hit a road block with my music selection. I am not sure if I should pick one song , which is 3 minutes long, or piece together three songs at 1 minute each….? I was toying around with the three songs at 1 minute a piece due to the last audition being cut to two minutes. Any advice you could give in regards to the music selection or any other topic would be much appreciated!?! Thank you so much for your advice and time, and I am eagerly awaiting your workshop in June.

Tribal Audition Advice

I just wrote this reply to a request for advice on auditioning at RAQS LA. So I thought I'd share my response in case anyone else is planning to audition:
Hey there, good luck at the auditions and congradulations for dedicating yourself to do it. It's quite an experience. My best advice is to realize that you are playing a persona, you want to show Miles that you can fit in exactly with what he already has and potentially add more. He always says he's looking for "stars" whatever that means. So you need to shine. Prepare a piece that you feel exceptional performing, Wear your favorite costumes bejeweled with all your yummy antique jewelry and asuit and choose music that is striking and dramatic. There typically is a choreography by Jillina that you have to learn and stand out as being adept at and then you may have a tribal section to learn as well. All the auditions are different but everyone has to be able to learn choreography quickly and make Jillina's choreography in particular look effortless. So while I'm sure you've studied the Suhaila locks and isolations and Rachel's stylizations, the two things people often fall short in are Jillina's and Mardi Love's choreography. Study Jillina's DVDs if you can and take a Mardi Love choreography workshop. If you can't then watch BDS DVDs and familiarize yourself with the combinations. A lot is repeated so if you get it once you're sure to see it again and again. Especially Jillina's style. Hope this helps. I'll be there teaching if not at the auditions themselves so please introduce yourself and ask any costuming or make-up questions there as I will be better able to give advise in person about those things. Oh, and if you can take some ballet classes that will help. Sounds silly, but chanet turns are important for Jillina as is the lift and extension ballet can offer. Enjoy your experience!

Awww...my proud big sis just posted video she took of my graduation speech on Utube. Thought I'd share:

She's sitting far away and there's a lot of ambiance noise, but this moment is important to me because it's the moment I knew I wanted to perform for a living. If you listen to the list of achievements the Dean reads about me before I take the podium you'll hear a whole lot of titles and organizations that amounted to what was for me a hungry search for "what the f*%# do I do with my life?!" 4 years of class room study and low and behold it wasn't until I spoke in front of 7,000 people on the last day of my University studies that I figured out what really called to me. Anywho, enjoy...it gives me butterflies to watch that day and know now how it was the impetus for my whole performance career.

Just came back from a workshop weekend with Moria in Duisburg, Germany!!
We had a great time, Moria kicked some butts, looked lovely, danced fiercely and inspired the lot of us ;-)

Thank you so much for coming all the way to Germany :-) We hope you had a good time here and have lots of fun in the rest of Europe!

We learned a lot and had a great workout during the workshops. I for one am motivated again to get at it more intensely with my home practise routine. Very good tip by the way on making a weekly plan with 15 minutes of everything!

Tour Diary from Goa, India

The Blue Lagoon Resor is a resort of canvas tents and straw huts located on Cola Beach just north of Agonda Beach in south Goa. As yet it is undiscovered. The water reflects blue and sometimes turquoise during the deep red/orange sunts that I've watched every evening after our afternoon yoga class. Volcanic rock cradles the beach here secluding it from other foreigners staying in Agonda. Not even the taxi drivers know how to get here. The closest internit is an hour away through streets populated with pigs, cows, dogs, chickens, monkeys, and beautiful children on their way or returning from school. Everything is earth. Dirt is everywhere and to was your clothes you simply wear them into the ocean and then hang them in the sun to dry. My hut is quite small and the shower consists of a hose hanging fromt he ceiling bringing salt water from the lagoon, same for the sink. The paradise is ofcourse sprinkled with some genuine Indian excitement. One night a swarm of insects flew in from an otherwise clear and perfect sky and began circling the lights swirling round and round in massive cones that touched the floor making little insect tornadoes. They filled the air crawling all over our skin. The feeling was unbearable so the staff switched off all electricity and we sat in the dark for an hour not knowing what to do. When the electricity was switched on again the bugs had left and so we proceeded to have dinner. Then what the bugs foreshadowed arrived...a huge rain storm off the Arabian Ocean. Our huts were inundated and the thatched roofs only served to streamline the waterfallls that filled our floors and beds. As one huts electrical box was satruated begiining to smoke and sour the air, the rest of us moved our belongings to the center of the floor while the staff pulled huge tarps over our now soaking homes. The smell of our carpets the next day was repulsive. As was the resulting humidity. But another day later and paradise returned with crisp air, sea breezes, no bugs, and crystal starry skies.

Back from Asia and Back to Europe!

No sooner did I return from India, then flew on to Germany! I'll be in Vienna this weekend and Cadiz, Spain after that before I fly on to Miami for the Spirit of the Tribes event. I finished my voice over for the Instructional DVD, due out soon I hope. And I've begun posting some more stories and pictures on my personal tribe page as well as my schedule for the rest of 2008. And I will sincerely try to figure out how to put clips on Utube...this might take a lot of help ;)

OK, I signed up for Moria's class at Spirit of the Tribes, but ONLY because I was blown away by her performance on the BDSS Tribal DVD and because the class sounds like a lot of fun! ;-)~ hee hee

I am currently trying to choreograph a piece of music that has some "circus-y" elements to it........and the Spirit website says that Moria will be teaching some stuff with a "circus flair." Can we have a few hints about what to expect, or do I have to wait until the class? (hints!!)
