One of the books talked about where Spirit saw Himself as the lonely guy or gal in the sky. Father Spirit said something to the effect " if you are unable to see yourself in Me in that place, you don't know or unable to recognize how you emerged into Creation.

When I read the 2nd book I saw myself most able to identify my group as a Heart Spirit or Heart angel. As some have stated coming to these tribe groups here, are a result of the loneliness, isolation, self-hatred, terror & stress of dealing with the outside world, or lack of connectedness that I judge most of us feel with this difficult healing pathway.

Since I can remember, not knowing who I am or what has happened to my spirit throughtout the ages past has been real torture. It was of relief to some extent to discover that the process of knowing who I am and what has happened to me can be achieved with vast amounts of emotional movement. To be consciously aware to find the impeteus to do just that is a real challenge.
