I found out after I came back from the weekend that, due to circumstances out of our control, we are without both a fire lead and a gate lead for the weekend. Very crucial roles, not just anybody can fill them. Do you feel you have what it takes to handle coordination of the front gate for this event? Are you experienced with performance and performance safety for fire artists? Send me an email off list and we'll talk about the positions a little more. Volunteers are greatly welcome. As far as rangers, it all depends on who shows up. Part of my role I have figured in is Lead Ranger, since this is a smaller event. I will need 2-3 people for the weekend to be rangers, if interested. We also need somewhat of a LNT team organized. I for one will be there, but if you guys are MOOPy, like tends to happen, I don't wanna be the only one left on sunday picking up garbage. Remember to educate your guests. You are responsible for the people you bring with you. Most of all, Have fun. Seriously folks, this is time to kick back and enjoy life. I see Gaius already has it going on, who else is up to the challenge?

I'm there to do what you need.
I have no idea anything about being leads, but I've got hands and common sense. I have a camp of 9 that are all willing to help out as needed... I know my people pretty well (except one, but they should be good too). I've camped with half of them, and they are hard workers and hard players, but we're all fairly new (and a few virgins).
Let us know what you need, and we'll do it.

One half of ganesha's camp here! None of us are fire performers, but a few of us have worked gate shifts at various events, so while i'm not sure about leads, we'll be around to work shifts as needed :) so whoever takes charge won't be stuck there the whole time or by yourself, for sure!

Unfortunately, I am not a fire performer and have no experience with that (though I wouldn't mind learning someday!). But I would be happy to work the gate. I'm going to get there as early as possible on Friday. I have no experience being a gate lead, but if I know what it entails, I will consider it. I'm organized and hard-working. I also plan to help with LNT. I always go on moop patrol, whether I'm official LNT or not.

Just let me know where I'm needed, and I'll be there! My husband, Tim, would be willing to help in any way as well, and we have several conscientious virgins in our camp who would probably at least help with LNT.

My email if you want to shoot me a message offsite: livepeacefully@hotmail.com
