Question for all of you that care about American Foreign policy in the Middle East….Who in your opinion from the current candidates for President in 08 will be the best mediator not instigator in the Middle East? In other words, who will actually make some good and positive changes in the Middle East?
I think it will be Barack Obama…

Re: Question for all of you...
Sun, January 21, 2007 - 6:49 PMHmm...it's really too soon to tell--I'm not sure I have a clear enough understanding of where they each stand on various things beyond some fairly non action-specific views on the war in Iraq. On one hand, Obama may be good in this regard--he's a charismatic, intellegent, contemplative and peace-minded kind of guy...but then again, it's hard to know because we haven't heard/seen much beyond that he is against the war...doesn't tell us much about how he'd aim to resolve the conflict or what he really knows/understands about broader Middle East policy. Clinton I think understands a lot of the issues and regardless of what I may think of all her positions (again, we've not really heard them fleshed out yet so it's hard to say...), I think she understands that the political, culutral and religious aspects of Middle East relations are full of nuances. (Nuance is something the current administration doesn't seem to care about or understand at all.) She's also perhaps been closer to some of these issues in the past than other candidates. And the others...well, I really just don't know that I have a clear enough sense of what they know and where they stand. It should be interesting, though, to see how these many campaigns shape up!

Mon, January 22, 2007 - 10:00 AMI don't know yet either. I'm not super stoked about my choices at this point, even Barack. In all the speaches I've heard him make so far he seems to have a lot more of criticisms than solutions. -

Tue, January 30, 2007 - 6:23 AMThe lesser of two annoyances would be either Obama or Clinton being the other Vice Presidential running mates... -

I don't think any amerikano "president" is ever going to be good for our people or our area of the world. They are all either brainwashed by zioNazi interests or crippled by them.
One thing I want to say about this hillary person. When she was still human, she supported statehood for the Palestinians, as any human with decency would. But when she sold her humanity to get a senate seat in new york and had to lick jew arses to get elected, she sold the Palestinians down the drain. I wouldn't trust her for one single moment. Besides, whe she talks on TV, you can see her face reeking of her insincerity and deviousness. To me she is disgusting.

Re: Question for all of you...
Fri, February 2, 2007 - 10:54 AMI agree with the last perceptions and opinions on the fact she is in politics.
Since we have to elect someone, keep in mind there wouldn't be controversy if the facts by Arabian were unconditionally all true.
Compromise means no one is happy or comfortable. One of the hardest lessons of life.
