OK, so here it's what happened:

A friend of mine was invited to a shop inauguration (the shop is going to sell clothes, accessories and stuff like that). The owner is interested too in giving workshops about proper manners and etiquette. So, my friend goes to the inauguration and sees a purse that she likes. She is really interested in it because she has a wedding soon. So she asks politely if she can take it to see it. The owner gives a scoff and says that she can't touch the merchandise. And then tells her to step away from the store window, because she is ruining the effect of the decoration (my friend is a large woman).
Not necessarily to say my friend never will put a foot again in that shop. Nice way of having an inauguration. And she says she wants to give courses in etiquette... Sure thing.
