Wed, May 28, 2008 - 3:39 PMShouldn't have a problem if you make it a "Moderated Tribe" with, in the intro, a statement about by joining this tribe: "You agree not to flag others photos or threads. If any problems occur, please contact the moderator who will make the final decision".
That one usually covers the bases for tribe.net
