Dreams

"A man's thoughts and dreams are more far reaching than he knows. They exist in more dimensions; they affect worlds of which he is unaware. The are as concrete, in effect, as any building....The dream world is constructed within a field that you cannot physically perceive, but it has more continuity than the world you know."

Completely agree. I wonder though, don't we physically perceive our dream world? Certainly, our bodies react to what we perceive in the dreams often times waking us up. I am writing a fiction book about this topic and I can make anything up, sooo... who's to say that what I am "making up" isn't the truth? Perhaps information I have brought back from my dream world. I wonder too if there are many dimensions existing simultaneously then perhaps our being is existing simultaneously and our physical reality has other dimensions it exists in as a reflection in another form.

Also bliss, before you go to bed put a notepad at yr bedside and tell yrself to wake up when u dream. As soon as u are awake, this goes for in the morning too, before you do anything else, yes even pee, write down what you do remember. The more you do this the more you will be able to rememder and soon you may be able to even possibly control yr dreams. BeWell

i think this waking reality only "seems" more real to us because we share it and receive validation from others.

i believe that we used to share more than one reality. the fae people of druidic celtic times shared an alternate reality, this is the essential message i got from "mists of avalon", and it rings true to me. we are programmed with fear to hold us in this reality. we are programmed to believe that if we spend too much time in alternate realities and "believe in them" then we are crazy, insane, while staying stuck in this reality appears more crazy to me.

once we have deleted this old limiting programming (belief system) we will have infinite alternate realities to experience as lucid dreamers channel surfing through the cosmic soup of consciousness.

I can testify that the notepad works like--well, like magick. I have tried this technique several times and had to quit each time when I got to the point I was remembering three pages worth of dreams. It just took too much time. But other people seem to be able to condense their notes better than I. I keep trying to get everything down and can't condense.

Still, I treasure the few dreams I remember. I particularly get a chuckle from the ones where I dream that I'm able to fly and it seems to easy that I tell myself, "I never realized how simple this is. I have to remember this when I wake up." But of course, I never do. Dang it.

        With love,
