is it best to treat yourself with herbs and not see a naturopathic doctor? i saw an herb book where it teaches u to treat urself with herbs, but i wouldnt know which herbs would cause me to have an allergic reaction? does anyone in here see naturopathic, homeopathic, ayurvedic, TCM doctors, or acupuncturist doctors? if ur insurance doesnt cover for alternative medicine, how much are u expecting to pay to see one of those doctors?
