Join us for a FREE community hoopdance class for beginners.

No experience necessary for this introduction to hoopdance! A
completely beginner-friendly class, expect to laugh, have fun, and feel
great!

Hoops provided for class use, and all fitness levels welcome.
Experience what hooping is about in a safe and supportive environment.
Enjoy yourself more through movement
exploration!

This class is open to those who are new to hooping.

Please note: This class will be filled on a first-come first-serve basis. Doors open at 6:00 p.m.

Location: The Center for Transformation 735 Montgomery St. at Jackson St. San Francisco

Wednesday February 4th, 6:15 p.m. -7:15 p.m.

PARKING: There are several parking garages within 1 block. The best deal is on Jackson between Kearny St. and Columbus Ave.

**BUILDING ENTRANCE: 735 Montgomery is a big brick building on the
corner of Jackson. There are two doors. Please enter at "The Center"
door closest to the corner, and not the wooden doors marked 735

Hoops will be available for use or purchase. Wear comfortable clothing to move in, and please remember to bring water.
