Anyone have instructional dvd's?

Hi there. Okay, so I can keep the hoop up...for a long time....and that's it. *Sigh* Everytime I try to do anything else i throw the hoop, whack myself, or just get totally frustrated. So, I'm hoping someone out there might have instructional dvd's i can borrow, trade, something???
