Hi all!
I posted this on the yahoogroup, but for those who check this more, here's the info.
I would like to put together a PURE New England Relay for Life team for the Peabody, MA Relay this year. It takes place on June 19-20th. We would need at least 5 team members to make this really work, but I think it would rock. We could perform at the Relay, and I was thinking we could do bellygrams or lessons at the other campsites for donations to the Relay (I used to do henna tattoos for donations for the Worcester Relay and it raised quite a bit of money for the cause!)
I'll be setting up the team within the next 24-48 hours and hope I can get some participants. It costs $10 to participate on a team, and then we do fundraising stuff. I've participated on my dojo's Relay team in Worcester for a few years and it is one of the most rewarding and moving experiences I've ever had.
