Just a reminder that I will be holding a Worcester PURE practice on Sunday at the Zen Training Center at 65 Water St (3rd Floor) in Worcester, MA.
If you are in the area and would like to come learn the choreography, or if you already know it and want a refresher or just a practice, PLEASE come join us!!!
**Also please note that we will be practicing in a dojo...so please remove your shoes before entering the dojo, and please do not wear coin/beaded belts as the coins and beads tend to fall off. **
