Ok, I'll give it a try (even though I've never eaten a pomegranate before myself). I've hear of two ways:

1. Cut off the flowery end
2. Turn fruit over, and smack the hind end with a wooden spoon.
3. The kernels should come out.

If that doesn't work try this:

1. Cut off the flowery end
2. Score into sections
3. Place in a bowl of water
4. Allow to soak for 5 minutes
5. Break sections apart in the water
6. Allow kernels to separate from the rind
7. Discard rind and drain water

If you want to be really messy, you can just dig out the kernels with your hands!! That seems to be the 'insatiable' way, doncha think?
