From TCI's Sharon pearson... Week 3 of 12 weeks!

*~*~*~*
Another week closer to our goals! How are you going with your commitments? Are they still MUSTS? Are they "should happen when I get around to it"? Are they "Oops!"

Wherever you are at, remember you are only one decision away from being on track, focused and fired up. What would change if you were really excited about your goals? Picture yourself for a moment with the goals achieved and what you wanted is a reality - how amazing does that feel?

Here's what I've achieved -

1. Exercised and ate well - 1 kilo closer to desired weight
2. Spent weekend at beach house with hubby
3. Supporting team - all 90 day goals are in place
4. Bought first container of importing goods for new venture
5. Foundation legals are underway - deciding on guest speakers going to schools and inspiring the next generation!

This week we're focusing on values - values are emotional states you want to feel consistently - for example, love, health and vitality, happiness, playfulness, joy, certainty, contribution, adventure etc

The results in your life to date tell you the values you've been living by until now. If you are experiencing what you don't want in, say, health, what have you valued instead? Perhaps comfort? If you're not experiencing the results you want in finance, what have you valued instead? Perhaps freedom from obligation? However, if you decided that you wanted to get really healthy, what value would you need to move to the top of the list? Health and vitality? Energy?

Here are my personal values...

1. Love
2. Health and vitality
3. Curiousity
4. Wisdom
5. Playfulness
6. Contribution

I know I've had a great day when I live aligned with these values and to live aligned all I need to do is be loving, healthful, curious, willing to learn, playful and make a difference. (No wonder I'm a coach!) I have a wonderful day when I love, learn, give and grow.

The truth is many people don't know their values or live by them, and then wonder why they aren't creating an extraordinary life!

And most people are too scared to find out what it would take to live an extraordinary life, so they settle for less!!

***Commitment: Write down your top five values that you need to have to help you achieve your goals and make a commitment to live aligned with these values for the next 83 days!***

Commitment: Liz and Deanne are available for you for you to be coached so you can accelerate your results even more and take it to the next level - extraordinary is a heartbeat away!!! (FROM SHELL: If anyone would like some email coaching support, please send me a message and we will do instant message coaching!)

Warmest Regards,
