I believe that some of the most highly evolved earthlings are the ones who build with natural materials, including cob.

When i lived in a strawbale home, I evolved at a very rapid pace.
Cob too , is super RaD.

does anyone else here notice the effects of architecture and living space in life?

i was raised in a castle on a hilltop in the woods with a view of our entire village. ..which was below in the valley bottom 'grand valley, ontario, canada'

the place made me into a bit of a wizard.. .. i swear.

the house was od.. . .and super nice. .. almost every visitor who visited would say something like, 'this is the nicest place i have ever seen. .. . feels comfortabe. .. like a different world. . .and so earthy. .. . and grounding. . ..so unique. . .. and open'

yep. . .i am lucky. my grandfather was a well witcher. .. dowser. .. we had a good water well. . ..so were quite healthy.. .. plus the air of the forrest and gardens was cool and fresh. ..

plus the view ...it made us feel powerfull. .. and openminded. .. strong. . .and dreamish.

my grandfather built the place with lots of recycled material. . .he was a genius and he was very down to earth. because he and my grandmother saved so much money with building the 'high country frith's castle', (3000 square feet. .. not quite a real castle. . yet castle feeling)
he and my grandmother had lots of financial freedom. .. they travelled to their parent's homeland of england alot. my grandmother was super supersticious. . . always had a black cat. . .. was really into gemstones and card games. .. .and spoiling grandchildren often.

grandparents can be like angels.

n e ways i am remembering this place alot these days as i am almost sad that i recently convinced my parents to sell the place. the home sold last year. there is a gay couple living there now. .. they are nice. . .i visited them last summer. . .it was difficult..

they have moved up to the country hills from the big city of toronto . . .'to get away'.
their habits of gardening for 5 minutes a day have shifted to 3 hours a day. . .
as the castle is surrounded by gardens. this makes me happy. i like to see people learning to connect with the earth. . it is important.

i convinced my parents to move out west... as i did after highschool. .. in '98.
they are here now. . .and have bought a small country farmhouse. . .nothing in comparison to our castle.

my identity has shifted in ways. . .i am no longer a resident of the 'high country frith's castle'

i am welcome to live with my parents in their new 2 bedroom home. . .but i do not choose to live there as it does not feel like home. it is a little too ordinary for me.

i am learning that it was my grandparents who believed in magic, like myself.
my parents are also believers, , , yet they have some doubt. They conform to society more than i do. . .more than my grandparents did.

my grandparents are dead.

i must create magic places in honour of my love for them.

i must do this.

but how?

i chose not to go to university because i do not totally believe in the structure. . .it is complex and the economical factors are interesting.

but i have these visions. . ..visions of sustainable communities with intelligent design.

it's all perfect. . .it shall happen. . i am and have been, for about 7 years, searching for the place. . .the location. . .of where i will settle and create community. .. sometimes i wonder. . .
will i ever totally settle? probably. i will travel fhrough sculpture work, gardening, music, art, dreaming. i will be grounded. i will be surrounded by family and nature.

and for now i am not ready to settle. . .i am inspired and educated through movement. .. travel. . .exploration. . .. newness. . ..fresh reality.

my dream is happening. . and has been since birth.

all i want to do is share with EVERYONE.

i visited mexico at age seven.

i remember mexico clearly.
i was no regular tourist. . .my parents , older brother mike and myself travelled with friends who were mexican. .. good friends. . .who guided us.

we visited slums. .. the greatest gift of this life for me
we visited salt temples. . .nice
we visited ranches
we visited palaces
we visited parks. . .hung out with many mexican kids.
we visited markets. .. i still have my basket that i found there.. .. my favourite possesion.
we visited the pyramid of the sun. ..
. .. . and on that pyramid. . .i moved slowly. ..
. .. .. ... my brother and parents moved quickly. . .they rushed to the top. . .

. .. . they called me up. ..come on amy. . the view is so nice up here. .. .. . .. ..

. . .i was in a pure state of intense bliss.. i was in no hurry. . i discovered eternity as i sat in the middle of the pyramid.. i felt the alignment . .. i learned about my mission. . i felt the download.

i was an indigo child. ... i knew then that i was on a serious mission.

very serious.

i remember going back home. .. to canada. . .. to my toys. .. my smurfette and cheerbear.

i remember thinking, holy cow.

HOLY.

i am here to bridge wome gaps.
i am here to bridge some worlds.

there is something wrong.

and i am here to fix it.

and i am not alone.

i am so happy. .. . i could not be more happy... .. .m i r a c l e s unfold.

here in the zone of the frith family parental visitation :: i find much new places of peace of mind.

my parents are all about power smoothies like never before: we used to mix simple ingredients such as frozen wild raspberries, organic banana and spirulina with some flax and hempseed oil and good fresh water.. .. and sometimes store-bought rice or soy milk and preferably when we remember to make it, homemade oat or nut milk. (all u do is soak prefered nuts, seeds, grains overnight and then mix with the same water the next day in blender. Yeah. Super Power made easY and fUn)

now with this new visitation we are adding such ingredients as:

gogi berry juice
acai juice (so heavy yum)
mangosteen juice
pomegranate juice
blueberry juice
noni juice

that's all i'm remembering at this poinT.

the colour of these smoothies are usually pinK, with my experience. this is a gentle colour for the beginning of a new daY.

I have a vision.

I can see a group of friends, old and new, joining me as we walk together for long distances.

There are many long walking trails around this Earth.

We could walk from Canada to Mexico. I talked to a friend who said she met a man who did walking journey in about three months time. Some say it may take longer, depending on weather and physical abilities. I have good physical stamina, yet i do like to relax sometimes. . .so I would not want to rush although it would be nice to DO this.

walking is:

purifying (ask the tibetans)
a good way to connect with the earth frequencies
fun
easy
healthy on all levels
mellow
a reminder of the power inside of each one of us
eco-conscious travel
adventurous
transforming

So , who's keen? I do not know about when I will be ready. . .as I tend to be spontaneous. . .but if lots of people ask me to make a serious plan. . .i will do it. .. otherwise I 'll probably just surprise myself by beginning.

it's scarce....yet not....at the same time.

there is so much of it here where i am....yet i am aware that many people are now living with dehydration experiences.

this shall change. this is changing.

i notice....when i walk within nature, i see my thoughts reflected.
for example, one Time, i was taking care of a friends garden, watering it with a hose that carried water from a well. there had not been rain for days....maybe weeks....so rare in that region...where there is often rain....regularly.

so i had this thought, after having been there meditating alone and painting for about weven days, and i thought to myself: 'Today I do not feel like watering the garden, I simply do not feel drawn to do that, and I am completely unaware of why.'

Immediately after I had that thought, as I was sitting drinking tea outside with the hot dry sun, I looked up to the south west sky...and BOOM.......thunder clouds rolled in.

The sunny sky dissapeared. . ..as I was filled with more joy!

(I appreciate both sun and rain equally)

And then it rained non-stop for about four days. I painted alot of work within those four days. I felt so deeply inspired with that experience!!!

During the four days, I had one telephone call from a close friend. She had just completed her first month long meditation retreat. She was sounding so vibrant and fresh! It was amazing speaking with her then. I can still feel the feeling. I was in a log house in the mountains....amazing place. There was only the sound of birds, rain, and her voice.

She was in the middle of Toronto, one of Canada's largest urban centres.
She was telling me that she was so sensitive, that she 'could not' listen to music!
She was simply loving the music of the sound of traffic as it overlapped with her gardening sounds. I love this story!

So again, I was inspired to continue Living.

(and still am.)

She told me that day, that she felt that if everyone would meditate at the same time, all round the earth, that the weather would change.

I felt shivers rush through my being as I agreed.

And I told her my story of the rain clouds that came, after my thoughts of not wanting to water the sunny dry garden...just before the rain came.

I have visions of the future.
These visions involve miraculous weather patterns, healing waters, healing earth, healing fire, healing air, healing breath, healing humanity, healing ways.

i have been told that 'dreamtime' is a common term of many varieties of the aboriginal and indigenous tribes of the Earth.
i believe that we are all connected to these tribes on deep levels. . .perhaps some of us are more closely related... . i am curious about thaT.

'Dreamtime' means the Pure Truth of the Nature Spirit realms. . . .beyond illusions.
Dreamtime, as I understand, is inextricably connected with the meanings of the HEART and LOVE, UNITY and PEACE.

DreamTime exists in the realms beyond 'nonduality'.

DreamTime heals all life on Earth.. . .in one way or another.. . .when recognized.

she's a bundle of pure joy and grunting sound.. .. .a life beginning at an important time.

yep. .. .lots of birthing going on. . .like with the earth and stuff. .. .
the mama grows spring blossoms and reminds me of the blossoming that is inside. ..

the new strands of light that fill up our bodies when we open. .. .yep.

i have been thinking about amma- chi alot recently.
i have met her in person, in this life, once so far. sometimes i feel like her. . .like all i want to do is hug and love. . .and basically this is what i do. . i love. . . .i dream . .. i whitness miracle after miracle.

i am told by many that i am a shapeshifter. i believe that we are all shapeshifters.
we shape and shift our world.
together, when we are positive, we create wonderfull changeS!!!!

oh my. . . .let's create more healing, family.
let's do it.

let's take the time to listen to one another.

let's be ninjas. let's be pure. let's have fun.

let's create contageous smiles everywhere we gO!!!!!

let's sing to strangers.

let's build more gardens. .. . and treehouses.
