This last weeks convention, was one not to forget. The turn out for the entire weekend was in the thousands. I talked to many enthuses in which we were able to discuss many interesting ways to live self sufficient. There was a children's center which involved various science labs about the various forms of energy, games and prizes. It was very inspiring to see the future generations learning these concepts now instead of later. The food was amazing. There was anything from gourmet stir fry tofu to indian food. Some of the restaurants will be posting some recipes later. I would like to thank everyone for coming and look forward to next year.
