1. Parallels Desktop: I've installed Parallels on my MacBook Pro, but haven't yet gotten a Win-OS installed, I hear it does the trick quite nicely though.

One advantage of VMware Fusion is that it supports launching directly from the same VMDKs used by their VMware server and ESX products. I've found that in testing the virtual instance of our production web server, we've seen that it works marvelously and matches or exceeds the speed and response of our production servers even running on a 2.2ghz Macbook!
I think of all the solutions, I'd range VMware first, then Parallels, then Bootcamp. Bootcamp is more potential hassle and, I think, less flexible overall.
