The New Mastersounds are from the UK and they are Assalutely Spanktacular! (thank you Happy Brigade for my lovely pin!) I saw them for the first time at HSMF 05, and they have kept me boogieing ever since. I'm starting this tribe to pump up the volume and knowledge about these guys & get the word out so they can get some more gigs in the Bay Area & US.
Led by virtuoso guitarist, Eddie Roberts, the band also features Hammond player Bob Birch, bassist Pete Shand and drummer Simon Allen.
NMS are based in Leeds, UK and have been together as a core since February 1999.
