UPDATE ON THIS TRIBE'S POSTING POLICY-

If you are joining this tribe so that you can promote yourself or your classes, party or events specifically, and have no intention of being involved in any of the discussions, don't. If a member feels that there is something going on in their community that is of interest to this tribe and its members, please post it under the events tab.

This tribe is created to be an open, honest non-judgemental, comfortable, forum for persons 'peripherally' interested or new to the wonderful world of BDSM. Whether you are a seasoned veteran or slightly curious, you are welcome here and remember- the only stupid question is the one not asked. So come on in, don't be shy, you are warmly welcomed here!

A few serious notes here:

This IS a moderated tribe and when a post or posts, are made that is/are hurtful (due to personal attacks, 'outing' or giving out personal information, yours or another's ) to the members of this tribe, I will take it out. If you feel the need to argue, misquote to your own end, flame, 'filibuster', or spam members, I will remove you with or without warning.

There are, however, many MANY tribes that you can join that WILL allow a person to type anything they wish, to say anything they like, flame anyone they care to, without the validity of those statements coming into question or disciplinary actions taken. This is not one of those tribes. I care deeply for my community of friends and take extra care with those of you that are still with one 'toe in the water.'

I will never censor any thoughtful, posts or posters regardless of whether or not I personally agree or disagree with them, as long as it remains civil and respectful.

I do not want 'ALT's here nor do I want spammers/trolls. If you have no photo, no tribe or friends and no profile to speak of, your request will be declined. My tribe, my rules. There is another bdsm for newbies tribe, also moderated, found here: tribes.tribe.net/NewToBDSM-Uncensored I do not know their policy as I do not manage that tribe.

IMPORTANT!

If you are unsure of how 'out' you want to be then do not use your real name on your profile. I do NOT want entire threads deleted along with the thoughtful posts made by other members because a person has second thoughts about starting the thread or sharing their thoughts. PLEASE- PLEASE...if you are going to delete an entire thread....again...PLEASE contact me first and I will repost it without under my own nick and delete the original post. This way we keep the original thread intact as much as possible.

Remember that when you post ANYTHING online ANYWHERE you do run risk of being read. Be thoughtful in your postings and keep that in mind when you do.
