Because I just joined this tribe and last night was the first NG6 that's happened since I moved to SF in November, I can't compare it to previous events.

But I wanted to say that I thought it was a great mix of electronic/industrial/whatever. Not too much slick retro-future-trance-pop and zero pandering to the know-nothing folks who never seem to get tired of the same old same old. All in all an excellent selection and I compliment all the DJs who spun.

Don't know how I feel about the venue itself. The back room was OK, even if there were some sound issues. The front room, though...I felt like I needed sunglasses and some SPF 15 whenever I went to get some water at the bar-slash-tanning booth. I guess from reading the past postings that there have been some problems securing a full-time venue for NG6?
