Hey Kids,

The new year is upon us and with it new hopes and dreams! Sadly, we've lost some of our people; Spike, Virgina Fuckette and just a few days ago Bob Noxious. We've getting older and hopefully wiser. I think it would be great if we all posted some of our plans for the new year. Collectively, we are a smart and interesting group of people. We have seen so much in our lives. In fact, we have lived through one of the most interesting times in history. We have seen the birth and rise of the PC and internet. We have seen sweeping changes in our political landscape, with the election of the nations first African American President. Development in the sciences during our lifetimes are too numerous to mention.

As for me, here's what the new year brings: I am going to be reducing my music greatly because I will be attending medical school next year. I will only be playing with Greg and Max Volume and only doing very limited studio projects. While the first two years of medical school are not as crazy as one might think, the reading and prep work is demanding. I am also teaching chess professionally this coming year in the public school system. I would really, really, really like to hear what everyone else in this tribe is going to do for the new year. Even if they're just dreams for the new year, please tell me. We keep loosing people to death every year, so we need to band together and become closer. Don't worry, I'm not getting sentimental in my old age. I still hate most people and kick dogs/small children for fun and profit. Start writing and posting people, NOW!
