Here's my stupid question of the moment: If the U.S military budget is so huge, massive, monstrous and bloated, so gigantic that it's bigger than all the military budgets of all the nations on Earth combined, much bigger than the military budgets of nations with sizable military programs like China, Russia, North Korea and Iran, why do some say it's still too small?
