Good day everyone, new to tribe and starting one up about the magic of masks... please feel very invited to visit and engage with others who are sharing about what the magic of masks means, the tribal deep roots to the contemporary theatre and dance applications, the myths the dreams, the wearing of masks, making of masks, how it feels to dress up in character, including the painted face, even conversations about designing the whole costume of a character around the mask....

being of the fairy realm

i used to see the fairies and speak with them, play with them. i felt i was of them. i have been told many many times that i am of the fairy folk and that they surround me and guide me, particularly lately.

though..... i can no longer feel them or see them. i haven't in a super long time. honestly, most of my adult life and a great deal of my child hood. but i feel oddly connect when other speak of them and their personal connections to them. i am sad and longing to reconnect. i go into nature and sit and meditate. i hear flowers and trees talk, sometimes birds and other critters, but the fairies.....

any insite or words of encouragement are very welcome!

I do. I believe I was a changling. I am an old Faerie who took the body of a human child. I sent the soul of the baby to my world & took on the Karma of the human child. I still speak FAERIE & I remember everything about my world. I am really a Satyr but you know if I walked around in my true body no human would be able to see me. I am trying to help the human beings before they destroy my world. We don't understand you humans. The only way I have ever understood a human is to become one myself. I tell you I hate it. But my world means more to me than anything else & you humans are destroying it.

wow for the lotta fairy.beings surrounding the house i'm presencing in this day, lotsa light pixie-types & blessing mama energies,

in northern florida! i lay out on stone, belly up to sun.lover & i warm, collecting nourishments, hibiscus flowers blooming! beside my body, so many flowers blooming in sun*love

my papa's bright eyes sharing story of an enhinga(sp.?) startling one of the resident dogs by dipping into the pool, yes indeed, swimming lengths of the pool repeatedly as papa sits reading in sun*love,

sweet visits from various light creatures,

i feel grateful to be in this magic nest today,

is today especially fertile & nurturing for anyone else? any more stories?

faery festival in the making!

so, i just found out that there is a very good chance that i will be able to have access to 80 acres of land in northern cali (about 2 or 3 hours south east of san francisco) to have a 3 day festival.
i am thinking of getting a few bands and dj's at night and splitting areas into themes with perhaps some exciting events durring the day (these might be more like burning man themed areas)

send me ideas and give me suggestions!

Peace At Last

Well it finaly happened, peace at last has come to me at my job where I had been having problems with some individuals. They have accepted me and we can talk with integrity, respect, and with good communication. It feels very nice to be able to walk into work and not dread going there. Such a wonderful feeling! I stood my ground, spoke up for myself, in the right way where I spoke with strength and not in a fit of tears or hysterics. Its rare I do that. Sooooo a seed I feel was planted here and it was sent to the right places of my own little universe, my prayers were answered and now I am prospering at my job in being a waitress. Thank you tribe for listening and your input.... Now to focus on my books, take care of my family, and just be.... Blessings and love to you allllllll!!!!!! Lakotawolf

I too am a healer, teacher, energy worker.

I am known to lurk around the dark beings of the night and illuminate them with my love, my faith and my light.

I learned the connection between S&M and spirituality from some friends and members of the Black Leather Wings, Fakir among them.

My specialty: Tantra and S&M, and plain "vanilla" Tantra. Mantak Chia is one of my teachers.
