Word to the wise....don't attempt to take any of Olivia's instense and awesome workshops and then hop into a car for a 4 hour drive back home. Let me say, Miss, my obliques and abs were definitely letting me know they got worked that day!
To everyone else, Maria is doing a workshop on the 23rd of February, highly recommend it to anyone who can get there!
