Jill Parker has inspired me ENORMOUSLY from day one and continues to
do so years later... she was an original member of San Francisco's Fat
Chance Belly Dance, the creators of American Tribal Style, and when
she mastered that she moved on to generate and establish Ultra Gypsy
Dance Theater and Barbary Coast Shakedown-- originators of some of the
most creative and cutting edge tribal fusion and dance theater we've
seen.

She has over 20 years of belly dance experience and has really reduced
her travel down in the past 3 years, so her willingness to come to CT
and share a multi-focal immersion weekend that will include drilling,
choreography building exercises, combo creations and guided
discussions regarding her history in belly dance, professionalism and
ethics, community, dancer's body image and healing through belly dance
is TRULY a very unique experience to be had and one really into to be
missed if you enjoy tribal belly dance and fuse elements of other
