I kept thinking I was coming down with something but it never materialized. Been running the heat a lot at home and that always makes my throat sore. Last week we had a visiting playwright, the guy who wrote The Laramie Project, and it was one event after another. He was a fabulous guest! Such a smart man!

I'm trying to work my way out of a funk. Doctor has upped my Effexor and that makes me sleepy at first, but I should level out by end of week. I've got a busy week socially ahead. Margarita night with galpal Tuesday, dinner and a show with another galpal Friday, back here to work house for a play Saturday and Saturday night the AIDS Charity Ball. So I hope I get some energy soon!

No romance on the horizon. Been corresponding with a really sweet guy from Australia, but ...well... he's in Australia.
