There will be no censorship but the rule against personal attacks will be enforced.

The moderator will delete without discussion any posts that contain insults, personal attacks or gratuitious obscenity directed at a member. This will be done without regard to whether the moderator agrees or disagrees with your views, and without regard to whether you are a friend or foe of the moderator. No ideas, no matter how outrageous, will be censored, but ad hominem styles of argument will be deleted.

About trolls and alts. You can, like the moderator, be an alt, and even one known for trolling. But you can't troll here.
