Last year our camp was too big and became difficult to manage and didn't really feel that connected. This was partly because we needed the numbers to split the camp fee properly.
I think we should limit our numbers to 15 people this year.
So could anyone who is definitely camping with the Nowhere Saloon please state so and if you have anyone you want to camp with us, try to sort it out as soon as possible. I'd like to have the numbers settled by April. This leaves us time to prepare some fun camp stuff like wanted posters of different camp members, create Wild West camp names for everyone and generally gel as a camp well before heading to Spain.

I reckon 15-16 is probably a good number, though do think if we were to go to 20+ members that we wouldn't have the same issues as last year. '07 was our first year as a theme camp, so there was a learning curve to consider, and I wouldn't forsee any problems like that again. -

Thu, January 24, 2008 - 1:16 AMWell I'm in - particularly if I am the kitchen wench this year. We managed to handle approx 23 people last year with kitchen etc so it can be done again. Though I would need to point out that I was just the able bodied assistant last year so will have to plan a bit more this time round. Personally I like the idea of a little smaller as you know but I am only one amongst many...

if messy (aka cooking cowgirl) is happy with 23 i think we could handle them this year if so many step up. cosier than that not a problem.
