My doctor put me on medication and this diet, which is the *ultimate* punishment for me. The no fiber is because the medicine will work better, and the no dairy is because he is just checking all other angles, or something--??? and is making sure I'm not lactose-intolerant.
So. I gave him a list of what I normally eat. He couldn't believe how healthily I eat. All fruits and veggies and some eggs and tofu, brown rice, nuts, dried fruits, lots of leafy greens, varying everything as much as possible-- you know the diet: If I read that it's good for you and I like it, I incorportate it.
Problem is, I'm *stumped* as to what I will live on for 7 days (well, 6 now). I didn't realize that pretty much everything I eat contains fiber.
He says red meat (I don't normally eat this), chicken and fish. I think he said brown rice is ok. Doesn't that have fiber? Problem is, and my question is:
What nutritional foods DON'T contain fiber, besides fish, chicken and tofu?
I'd *really* appreciate help here if anyone has a clue, as I'm already losing weight quickly. I love looking slimer, but I like to eat not only for enjoyment, but as fuel for energy. : )

Fri, March 23, 2007 - 12:59 AMthrow in some soy milk. is this considered dairy? i wonder. i will never drink cow milk again, i don't mind paying more. but all the lil recipies requiring milk this and that take the cow milk to work i guess. soy milk is my answer.
