Is it better to do cardio after lifting weights or before lifting wights?
i am 6 foot 5, 225 lbs and looking for a "coach" or mentor.

I tend to mix it up, so that I'm training to run while my muscles are fatigued, as well as lifting after running, when I've already gone through some serious exertion.
Either way, it's good to remember to warm up before either, hydrate appropriately, and stretch.
