the petitions that become the bills which we then force congress, senate, and judiciary to implement or get tossed out.
We can make the choice over obamas platform, or him; And let them choose the easier path of letting Obama do it rather than having
us raise it as a tide behind him.
We are accessing the possible and latent potentials of internet and mass communication, to create a transparent, open source, open access think tank which takes back responsibility for wisdom and problem solving from big business infesting big government.
We are the obama supporters who are now demonstrating that it is possible for us to AWAKEN.

part 2. Our purpose
Is to serve humanity as an information service, and to use mass intelligence to define, address, and solve the highest order problems which our civilization faces. To use logic and reason and sanity to justly judge all rhetoric and all propaganda and to explore the science
and the assorted differences between the world as it is and many possible worlds that could yet be.
We are Obamaknights. We work to enhance and amplify Obama. And yet, even he is irrelevant. For it is the truth that sets us free.
Obama awakens us precisely because he is a channel through which may flow the truth. So may we all learn from his example, and let the truth flow out and into and around us all.
The ideas, the problem definitions, the problem process, right intention and right action and a good batch of google searches and textbook
tours... these are the the things we should focus on, and the true torches which Obama has lit; but which any one of us can now carry.
If we do so, we can easilly transform the conversation from shallow stupidity to overwhelming lucidity. In this we must fully realize how important it is that we BE THE CHANGE WE WISH TO SEE.

part 3. Our first principles
1. Direct Democracy is now made possible by the internet. So apply it for the first time in history as open source transparent self government. Toss out all the corporations and replace their access to government via lobbies with government interface with direct democracy driven think tanks. Suddenly, your problems will be solved and your civilization will be operating MUCH WISER.
2. The next paradigm in our evolutionary process is participant democracy, a truth which Obama identifies in a dozen different ways in many different speeches and even as the caption to his whole website. Hes looking for us to take back our power THROUGH him;
and he is counting on us to GET IT sooner or later and sway things.
3. We do not presume to speak for Obama here. This is only a thought experiment in demonstration of the possible until Obama interfaces with it and names it something else. What we do is research and then detail Obamas platform and the problems and solutions for our civilization. In this, we attempt neutrality to some extent by bringing in all of the alternate ideas and analyzing them formally.
4. We do not have any tolerance for trolling, bickering, or negative intentions here. Participants by participating are expressly entering into
a contractual agreement that they share these goals and intentions in general, and that we are working on the same side.
However, respectful dialogue regarding the issues does require a form of moderated debate. That debate starts and ends with
each individual when they do the research, the reasoning, and allow themselves to toss out their biases and preconceptions as the facts
inform them. Thus the debate as such should be mostly resolved by the time it lands here. But if it isn't, we are going to be as adult about it as is humanly possible because

6. Thus, We do not use Ad hominems, Straw men, Distortions, Hyperbole, Or Context Manipulation; etc. If somebody does do those
things, the group pounces with the balance of severity and mercy and metes out an education.
7. Thus it is the research and integration of ideas that wins real arguments
8. Thus good argument is based on in depth research and in depth self education.
9. Thus, to hit two birds with one stone; what is most required is a massive drive towards VOTER EDUCATION.
10. Thus, lets redefine an AWAKE voter as a person who doesn't get to be president, but who has studied 21 problems
and their effect on themselves and others and the problems interelationships between each other, and who, having studied all of
that and the relevant sciences, can then look at the problems and their solutions, and then in fair analysis of a platform of presidential candidate, pick a person whose ideas are most likely to solve our societies real problems.
And AWAKE voter doesn't just vote, or work for a candidate. They work themselves on the process of solving the problem in theory to supply the brain power to get something real done, instead of the same old stupid monkey stuff thats been going on in washington for 50+ years.
An Awake Voter realizes that OBAMA is just their potential surrogate; and that thus what they bring to him is as important as what he thinks
up by himself.
part 4. Our Methodology
1. Find 3 or 5 forums or blogs or etc to go post on and repeat the messages you find here.
2. Go look up Obamas platform, pick one or three favorite issues, and start three or five conversations on the net over
those issues, backing your position and Obamas with all the Research you can muster.
3. Report your ideas back to the rest of the network, esp here and at MyBO and Google groups etc.
4. Participate in a dipomatic dialogue between obama supporters as they contribute to smartening up the materials with
all of the most relevant details, as we slowly work our way into writing open source 1000 page long citizens mandates.
These become then potentially the "Bills" Obamas transition team doesn't have to write themselves, or, the starting point
for his cabinet members to get fresh ideas.
5. Touch up and finish an information product which is all of that and then commercial sized memes to advertise on the net.
6. Take the information viral by posting bits and pieces of it wherever there is a conversation on the net that intersects the subject.
Include lots of links back to more information.
7. Spin, wash, cycle, start over again.
part 5. Participant responsibilities
1. To learn Conversational logic and Non Violent communication so that we can chill our collective demons.
2. To be a problem solving participant.
3. To always try to see both sides of an argument and all ten sides of an issue.
4. To learn to apply a lucid understanding of cause and effect to problem solving process
5. To be honest, ethical, fair, and respectful with other participants.
6. To research a dozen pages before forming any kind of opinion or reporting back to the rest of us.
7. To summarize your findings into smaller reports for mass digestion.

1. Consider the president of the United states as your personal Servant, bound to do your bidding to solve the worlds problems;
and then come up with the right instructions to get the job done.

3. Imagine yourself as an alien visiting earth and figure out what they would want to tell us to get us to clean up our act.
4. To accept the role of Expert by first taking the responsibility to become one.

1. We will work in one month long cycles as if publishing a monthly periodical. That periodical will be a citizens update on the platform planks
of obama plus any additional issues raised by citizens.
2. This day, at 640 AM my time marks the start of the first month. One month from now, our movement should have 100 participants
who simply are willing to deliver our collective ideas to all of the internet forums and chat rooms we can find.
This will have a definite viral effect on the conversation as a whole, which will be forced to compensate for a huge interuption in the collective delusion.
However, it may or may not go fully viral at that point and thats okay. Because at
3. Month two we want to have 1000 participants and be well on our way to 100 page documents per platform plank.
We want this to be truly the most detailed and well thought out information on how to run a civilization ever generated in human
history. If we harnas mass intelligence, that should be no problem.
month 4; By now, the viral energy of the movement will become a violent crescendo and the propaganda warriors will be throwing
every last nut and bolt they can find off of their sinking ships in sling shots at us. We will be happy to be silent to their uproar and continue
blissfully on, creating a set of open source textbooks by month 5 which are each 1000 pages long.
As long as we stay focused on what is truly relevant and truthful, i can eat any trolls, and bad arguments, or any serious wrong turns.
By month 6 what is the conversation about? Its about the issues. The tired old manufactured political distractions will have had their veil
slammed off violently, and the issues will be there; naked before the public to consider intelligently and responsibly for the very first time
capable and competent and having the technology to fix it; just in the nick of time if we are smart enough to act NOW.
By month seven, those transition teams Obama would be looking to work out anyways have their work allready done for them, and Obama
can focus on working out the particulars of selecting a Cabinet according to who will end the left/right false dichotomy and embrace bipartisan problem solving. So it will begin to be out of our hands by then; and certainly by then obamas camp proper and Obama eventually personally may respond.
Thats the lightning we are looking to hope can hop across the gap; A new conversation between WE THE PEOPLE and the president based on truth and open transparent participant democracy.
If that happens, we may became increasingly more relevant as the first internet campaign to ever use viral information in a tactically
sound and yet non propagandist method.
A new "Lobby"; open source direct democracy.

1. Go find 3 forums or blogs you can post at or etc and begin to hang out there using information you find here as talking points
and as a center to invite people back. Don't be shy, we will accept anybody whos a problem solver; being an Obamaknight is not a requirement. Being a think tank problem solver is.
2. Make a personal case in your own terms to your friends to come look at what we are trying to do and to join our effort.
3. Go research a platform plank of obama, google it and give us a page or two of references.
4. Report back on what you find.
5. If you are an ObamaKnight Techie, please provide the movement a node with a wiki and a premodded php bbs and a video
gallery.
Let me know where thats at. I can realistically arrange only 1 or 3 nodes myself, but other nodes can carry on other parts of the conversation.

1. Non violent communication is a problem solving tool which should be invoked by any person who feels that they are being misunderstood
or attacked.
2. Non violent communication has a simple step by step formulae which is also the best way to get your but kicked by trolls or propaganda artists.However, assuming that the other person also is genuinely interested in a peaceful resolution, non violent communication is the scientifically proven method to obtain a higher standard of diplomacy in such a small paradigm.
3. Non violent communication overuse becomes poetic and compassionate, but not very smart.
Imparting information is a different tone than having a polite conversation with a potentially crazy person.
4. All violence can be traced back statistically to needs not being met; ie google abraham maslow.
5. Thus de-escalation is a contractual communication in which the contract speaks to meeting the needs
of both sides of an argument.
6. Non violent communication transforms communication and game theory from WIN?loose
to WIN!!WIN!!.
7. This opens the portal for the next phase in human evolutionary conversation via mass communication.
Part 11. Research
Research should include as soon as possible the visit to the library, the google search, and the self familiarization with the
topic. A list of 20 sites with a one paragraph summary of each is perfect, even if the sites are hostile or negative to us.
Research is about thought style and the connections different people see between different issues. The different corners get best explored
best by interested dedicated psychonauts. Each person slowly must work out for themselves the questions they would ask, given who they
are, and then the answers which would most matter to them. This makes each persons contribution uniquely them and yet, we will find,
begins to come into phase with other peoples to express the same ideas from different starting positions.
There are 21 platform planks each with 50 or 100 main topic words, each of which might be named a sub issue. Looking those up independantly becomes the second generation task of those so inclined to do so out of interest personally.You have in some ways nobody to educate but yourself; and then just tell us what you find and what you learn as you explore.
Problem solving is inherently an interdisciplinary process because all of the problems are linked in subtle ways to each other. The tiny flows of cause and effect between social problems creates the hardest and most complex layer. So the more different subjects a person learns, the more they can look into that information to derive real answers.
Any third grader with a good teacher could do better than the GOP platform plank or plan, if first led through an exploration of a high school level sociology textbook. They don't use the answers science or truth or real information provide. Ask any expert and the honest ones will tell you. Theres a war going on out there to keep people stupid, so that they will continue to vote against their own better interests.
The way to counter this is to get people to voluntary self educate en masse.
Even if only the obamanites do it , the resulting shift in knowledge in the culture makes the paradigm shift viral.
So the real game of research is to make it easy for somebody to explore what you just explored more difficultly by providing links to more information and a base level introductions to those information resources.
Part 12. Compilation
1. As people do this as a group, piles of ideas and thoughts will begin to rain down and conversations will start and people will start a viral brain storming process. The real search for new ideas will begin. And it will finish, partly, where science and truth can already take us.
2. The different assorted journeys of different peoples curiousity and interest driven paths will be chaotic as they pile up. Compilation
is essentially the art of extracting the key axioms and then listing them in logical form with the rest of them.
3. Compilation seeks to reduce number of reportings for the same phenomenon; condensing the same axiom from many different observers down into just one or two axioms to represent a larger but more complicated total field. Compilation relies on Axiomatic language because thats how to track whats really being talked about. Wikis are ideal for compilation process, since they allow creation of new pages per axiom.
4. Compilation is a process by which raw reports and info searches are processed by a group of people and distilled down to pure
liquid bee honey information. So first people do theresearch and generate reports and then conversations; and then all of that gets
resorted and recrunched by everybody using formal conversational logic.
Part 13. sorting
1. Sorting is simply the art of coming up with discrete units for issues and sub issues and some sort of organization of them.
The fortunate thing about having a presidential platform to play from is that all of the sorting is done for the macro. All that is left is for us
to light it up with detail after meticulous factual detail.
Obamas platform has a conveyed order and that order creates a shape for our filing cabinet. Things need to get sorted into that filing cabinet, and the filign cabinet will end up slightly expanded.
2. Sorting is a third level process that can only start really after the compilation is finished.
Part 14. Propaganda neutralization
1. Now that all of the information has been well organized, it can be analyzed for truth value, meaning, cogency, relevance, propaganda
tactics and techniques, distortions, and logical fallacies. Propaganda and noise can be deleted,
(or, put into a new filing cabinet marked "toxic") leaving us an even further distilled form
of pure information.
Part 15. Cogency and analysis in Formal Conversational Logic
1. In order to do that people will have to learn the 10 most common logical fallacies and begin to employ advanced reasoning that sees transparently through propaganda relying upon such means. -

i can dig deeper for ten pages all by myself. that may shoot myself in the foot AND waste my time by overwhelming people or giving them
the idea that i mean to go solo.
So what should i do?
Things reverse from my leadership to yours. The ball is in your court now, not mine.
the problem is, do you get the game or must i play alone still to demonstrate it?
This is complicated.
I have my own good answers for many of these issues. But merely standing on a soapbox doesn't make a great invitation to chat.
So heres me, with a shot in the arm which is a dead end if more people can't embrace this turn and run with it.
Heres one conversation which can mean almost nothing and fade into history, or, which can start the revolution if you will let it.
well, so what can i say? Here i am, talking to myself. I get used it its most of what i end up doing. thoughts drift to what i could do.
I could explore the good and bad in both platforms. I could run google searches to link to more info per plank. I could more fully introduce
other peoples ideas, such as kucinich, gravel, ron paul, ralph nader, and etc.
I could go to yahoo and post questions to their q and a. not that they ever give good answers to high order questions.
