OCLA is a local education and outreach program for the Leather, BDSM, Fetish and Kink community in and around Orange County, California. OCLA has been affiliated with "The Center" of Orange County in Garden Grove for the last 15 years. Since 1991, OCLA has offered over 5,000 hours of Leather and SM educational programs through Monthly programs, annual weekend events called "Samplers",
