may anyone come to 4th of Juplaya?

hi all,
I'm planning to visit the playa on the July 4th weekend
actually, I'm going to test my art project for Burning Man
for proper testing, it needs people around though
I was just wondering...
is 4th of Juplaya kind of an open kind of thing?
would anyone mind it if I set up my project nearby?

    Hi eDave!

    Despite all rumours and swirling contention, the Black Rock is wildly open...remember, it's YOUR public land. Read everything with a grain of salt and some eye-tricks between the lines and blurry letters.....

    No matter what happens with Burning Bush (which is on another playa), there will be folks on the Black Rock. Degree of acceptance will depend on the usual tribal rituals.

    Whatcha doin'? Can we watch? Huh?

    Oh, there's the link.....huh. It's going to be more fun once the drugs take effect. Although the simple silliness of hauling those suckers around should prove amusing.

    Although you can't necessarily replicate the conditions on the playa anywhere BUT the playa......the conditions in July may have no resemblance to the conditions in August! Why go so far? Put 'em in the garage and sandblast 'em and see how the playdoh holds up!

    Delicious Clint, the intent to test them on the playa is really an excuse just to go there (of course), and yes, hauling them is an exercise in silliness (why am I DOING this???)

    and Jainesy, yes I will reserve the least skankiest one for you to hide in!

    I thought about bringing one that actually works, but I dunno
