I'm hoping that you dear ladies could help direct me to a source for black hat bases. In making my identity as Miss Ava von Vunderbar, I find that my heart desires a very small, black top hat to perch upon my voluminous dreadlocked hair. Dare I say, I want a ridiculously small one. I am quite crafty and capable of decorating the hat, but if someone could provide a website selling bases, it would be most appreciated.
