I couldnt say I'm goth. I never considered myself goth...so I wasnt sure I should even step in, and invite myself to Black Hats..but since I am in a Pirate/Goth/Belly Dance Troupe and Class, and since I am a lover of the paranormal (which to me is normal baby!) and deep dark mysterious things, strange romances, old Victorians, deep poetry, old souls, ancient ways, and I embrace both the celebration of life and death I figured, why the hell not!? I am not going to automatically exclude myself because I'm a little too on the straight side and not the goth side...and I am going to embrace and illuminate my darkness. Getting out my dark hat now!
Now, not to be pushy ladies..but I think we should step this up a notch...lets get this going..I forsee in the near future..maybe on Sunday-since we must be ironic-a lovely tea party in downtown Placerville..in all our dark glory...so we can meet. And we'll post pictures for all our members who cannot be with us due to distances...and then they'll do the same for us.
I see poetry...movie gatherings Singing in the streets.. If the old biddies can have such a ball with thier damn red hats, lets have a BLAST in our black. Lets scare the holy crap out of 'polite' society!
