It is totally my pleasure to try to give some insight. These are the cards I pulled for your friend:

word: STRANGERS with picture: PITCHER (new scan)
word: CHILD with picture: STORM (new scan)
From my experience, these is a very clear reading. The first set indicates that your friend must focus on a caregiving role for her son. Total unconditional love. The second set indicates that he must be isolated from the negative influence of friends, who are feeding into his current troubled path. The third set indicates what is probably very apparent--her child is going through a tumultuous experience. Does this resonate with what is happening at this time?
