Hello everyone we need to fill up the cabins. The more people who stay in cabins means more room we have outside to play! We have decided to have a 5 day Bunk rental sale Today April 15-April 19th(thursday)..... bunks will be $20 itead of $30!

Benifits of staying in a cabin:
Private bathroom w/ showers to share with your bunk mates (in most cabins)
a real bed to sleep in
If it rains... well thats enough said about that subject!
You will leave with new friends, staying in a room with someone, they dont stay strangers very long!
If you dont want new friends, you and your friends can rent every bunk in a cabin just contact me first to make sure it is available (to have a private cabin you must rent every bunk)..... stephanie@scorchednuts.com

Can you believe only 60 days till the first Scorched Nuts Regional Burn! Everyone who has been working hard to make this a reality is excited!!! I would like to think the following people in advance for making SN come to life!
Angie and Chris Aselin (Earth Guardians), Lyndsie Wildt (Conclave), Mac (Burn Ceremony), Ivan and Jo, Ol' Bill, Justin (lamp lighters), Brandi (Rangers), anyone else I am forgetting (sorry I still love you just to much going on at once), everyone coming to the work weekend, and everyone performing or bring a theme camp, art work or just some plain and simple self expression!
I have been so amazed at the response to be apart of our first year I thought we would be lucky to get 1 band…. But the list just keeps getting longer. Here is a list of bands, DJ's and other performance groups registered to perform! (for those of you who have been asking me for it!) Thank you to the following groups:
Radiohiro, DJ Warp, Dominus, Matt Alchemist, D-on, Hypnoassassin, Durban, Alan!, JB, Mr. 9-5, Q23, Baghdad Scuba Review, Chris Bender live, Under Dover, Emerald Frequency, The Gregory Morris Group, Rusty Van Band, Gaiananda, Snakes Rising, and Hip Drop.
Thank you to everyone working hard to make the following theme camps happen!!!
The Ka-tet (Earth Guardian Base Camp): We are a group of friends brought together to create a camp of fun and openess. We will have a participation dome with games tounaments during the day and projection art at night. It will be very interactive and will even have times for other people to present their art.
The Laser Dome: In a nut shell our camp is a psychodelic laser experiance contained within a 42' diameter 5/8 geodesic dome, with a 18x20 tent enterance. Inside the dome is a 7000 watt sound system, with 8 medium powered red & green lasers, and other intelligent lighting. Our dj's provide a healthy mix of trance, house, breaks, and hip-hop. Also every day at dusk we project psychodelic movies inside the dome during what we call Cryptik Theater.
Hum 'n Hug North: Wander into our realm where a gazillion musical instruments are everywhere waiting to be picked up and played, waiting to have strains of music of many sorts coaxed out of them. Jamming. Consorting. Communing. Fun. Come play - come jam - come hug! Originally started at Transformus, the Southeast Regional Burn, the Ohio contingent of the group looks forward to being a part of Scorched Nuts!
Camp Happy Hour: It's always Happy Hour with us! We provide concoctions of all varietys to quench your thirst. We have a comfy chill space, a little bit of lawn art, and tons of fun!
Tribal Belly Dance Camp: Fun, Funky & Powerful tribal belly dancing. Including workshops and performances!
Blinky Blinky Blinky: I've done a bunch of art on the Playa, The L2K ring, the L3K ring last year, and the hypknowtrons. I'll bring the hypknowtrons and set up some very nice blinky art.
Camp Pornyata: An adult themed camp bringing gifts of spanking open pornyata's to recieve adult toys, gifts ect. 18 and over only.
Radical Faerie Camp: We are a mixed gender queer group of folks that would love to create queer safe space at the gathering.
The Butt Hut: Massage, tattoo caning (a form of rhythmic massage), alternative health
