The organization hosts educational and interactive dance and creative events throughout the year, produces the large annual Dreamtime Festival that takes place in July, and is currently launching an eco village and education/health center.
ABOUT THE DREAMTIME FESTIVAL:
The Dreamtime Festival is an annual event located in the Rocky Mountains just outside of Paonia, Colorado. The festival uniquely combines art, celebration, and music with an intention of learning and transformation, bringing together in one place and fusing with great synergy:
* The positive, pro-active, celebratory and fun aspects of a music and arts festival
* The educational content, training and networking opportunities of an extensive group of educational seminars, workshops and trainings
* The inspirationand creativity of a large art exhibition and film festival
* The transformational potential of an international council for visionary cultural shift
* The interactive, collaborative and educational aspects of a conference and expo for sustainability and social change.
The 7th annual Dreamtime Festival will take place July 17-20, 2008, and is based entirely on recycled, reused and renewable resources.

If you have worked in the Soul Mate Bar before, or if you have
experience as a barista, and would like to join our crew in the Soul
Mate Bar and Lounge and as a volunteer, please email

5. Volunteer Team Leads Needed!
If you have experience in the following lead positions and are
interested in stepping into leadership by being part of the Dreamtime
Production Team, please contact us. See the event from the inside.
Get a chance to serve the community directly. Meet lots of new
friends.
These positions are volunteer, but come with nice benefits. Please

Admin assistant, Site crew lead, 1 box office staff.
The admin assistant and site crew lead position involves coming to live
on site now through August 1, and includes room and board.

These positions are paid. Must have firm experience
and excellent follow-through.
