I would like to know if anybody has heard of or found any onion free soups. They either have onion written on the label or have the term "herbs and spices" to cover it. Found that out the hard way. Is there a soup that anyone has found? Or brands with no onion? Perhaps i ask too much lol.

I think if you are looking for a canned soup without onions, you may be out of luck. The problem is that virtually all soup stock is made with onions. However, I just found out that the broth of miso soup is allium free! It's also quick and simple to make (not quite as simple as opening a can but simple as soups go), and very healthy. So I'm going to try making some minus the raw green onions added at the end. Hopefully it will satisfy my soup needs! I hear you, though. Soup is definitely something I've missed being allium-free, especially when nursing a cold!
