The Cross above is not one worn by the Knight of St. John but rather, the Knights of St. Stephan. They vary in that the Tuscan Order is a Red Cross while that of Malta is a White Cross. They also differ when it comes to their banners and flags with Malta being a red background with a white cross and the Tuscan order having white backgrounds with a red cross.
