The fabulous Bombshell Betty of CA will be coming for a full burlesque weekend at our new studio on Dec 6 & 7!!!

BURLESQUERCISE!™ INTENSIVE:

Guest instructor Bombshell Betty offers a crash course in Burlesquercise!™. Whether you want to polish up your burlesque stage show or spice up your boudoir boogie, in this special class you will learn everything you need to know to keep your audience wanting more, including:

* The burlesque strut and bump-and-grind song interpretation.

* Burlesque prop use including boas and how to use your clothing (before and after removal) as effective stage props and how to take it off gracefully without tripping on your frilly nothings.

* How to craft a burlesque skit using timing to create drama, sensuality and humor.

* Turning up the sensuality with striptease techniques.

* Techniques for engaging your audience and getting the exact response you want.

NOTE: While this class includes striptease techniques, no nudity is required and all comfort levels will be respected, so don't be scared if you don't want to take it off!

This workshop is from 2-6pm on Sat, Dec 6th.

We also have two more spots available for Betty's Famous 8 Hour Pin-Up workshop on Sunday the 7th, from 11-7pm. This amazing workshop will be limited to only 15 students maximum and consist of:

PART ONE: Pinup Posing Workshop

At the Pinup Posing Workshop, you will learn:

- Posture and posing secrets that work with any photography style to strategically emphasize and de-emphasize body parts to visually sculpt your body: emphasize your bustline, slim the midriff, elongate your legs, and slim out your hips or add weight to your booty (depending on your preferences)

- Pinup posing and photo movement, including specifics for face, body and hands.


- Techniques you can practice at home to master the art of always looking fabulous in front of the camera.


- Effective prop use: learn to pose well with everything from chairs to parasols to your own clothing and costuming.


- Personality projection: You've heard that "it's all in the eyes" and the best models "make love to the camera." Learn how to gain confidence in front of the camera and present a powerful persona.


- Photo styling: Coordinating clothing, accessories, props and backdrop/background to create stunning and effective imagery...

- What to pack and how to prepare for your photo shoot.


- Take home reference materials provided.



PART TWO: Pinup Photo Shoot

At the Pinup Photo Shoot, you will receive:

- Photo makeup and retro hair styling makeover!

- Plenty of time with our fabulously talented photographer, shooting multiple looks for a wide variety of images.


- Gentle instruction and detailed posing direction from Bombshell Betty during the shoot to ensure you get the most flattering images possible.



After the shoot, you will receive:


- A disk including high-resolution copies of all the images from the shoot, so that you may see for yourself which poses work for you and which ones to work on. This is highly unusual in the industry, as most photographers will only give you low-res proof images and charge you an additional fee for each high-res image or print that you order! With a Bombshell Betty Pinup Workshop, there are no hidden costs or need to buy the photos after the shoot!

Total Cost for this workshop is $250 for the 8 hours of instruction & retro makeover, including the photo shoot and full disc of your pin-up images.

A non-refundable downpayment of $125 is required to hold your spot, with the final payment being due Dec 1st.
