what would we do for anxiety issues? How about mental detachment ?

    Hi Randi,
    I guess it depends on what form of anxiety issues you have?
    Usually serotonin inducing food helps and if you have panic attacks avoiding stuff that triggers it.
    By the way i have an anxiety disorder :-)

    hi,

    if I may Randi.

    I found that the greatest benefit,
    was from adding viatmin b to my diet.
    just pick up stress pills
    or, i love royal jelly.

    i know this is hard to see,
    but i feel better even if i close my eyes trwice a day for a minute or 2 or 3.
    it is like, my mind having a staff meeting.
    it all wirls.
    but in the end, i open my eyes refreshed.

    and i have favorite madras ot prayers i say all thru the stressors of my day.

    jus 3 ideas, that have changed my life.

    and after years of therapy,
    i felt better getting a one on one treatment of Svaroopa Yoga.

    there that's enough ideas from me.
