there is several ways to do depending on what you need to shield.
My fav is the mirror shield that you set up within your self and when someone hits you with something they only see them selves. It gives them back whatever they throw, it scares them and most of the time they are confused. It takes metation and time practicing. You can set up one side of yourself or a full body mirror. The key is knowing and awarenessof perception of the few moments before the attack.. then you for sure have the shield in full force.

Re: shields
Tue, October 30, 2007 - 2:02 AMA couple of decades ago I spent four wonderful years learning shield building from an Amerindian woman. I built one each year. The four directions. Those shields protected my home for many years.... as I was raising small children and working outside the home.
As that period of my life ended, and I moved on to other things... the shields moved on as well. I don't have them any more.
I'm starting to feel a need to rebuild. With a new focus. So, thanks for bringing this up! Mirrors are a nice and easy way to go. In fact, I have a fung shui mirror for just this purpose, protecting my kittens.
